Gestational Diabetic Diet Of 2200 Calorie For Pregnant Women With Diabetes

You can get 15 grams of carbohydrates from one fruit and two tablespoons peanut butter for including in morning meal.
You should have a lunch of 67 grams of carbohydrates. It includes a vegetable sandwich of vegetables like lettuce and tomato with one tablespoon of salad dressing or one teaspoon of mayonnaise. You you can take six whole wheat crackers, one ounce low fat cheese or ham and one cup of non-fat milk or yogurt for evening bite as it needs 27 grams of carbohydrates.
There is recommendation for lots of fluids throughout the day. Take fruit and vegetable juice with a small meal or snack. Drinking water is best for gestational diabetic women because it contains no sugar.
Monitoring glucose level throughout the day is necessary. The amount of carbohydrates from meal should decrease if find any time sugar level going up and adjust the glucose level.
